Single family home inspections Home / condo / town-home / multi unit inspections identify areas of concern; safety issues, safety enhancements, red flags, structural issues and all the major systems and mechanical items of a home visible will be inspected; exterior, roofing, attic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system, landscaping, hardscape, interior, surrounding properties, infra structure, foundation, insulation, ventilation, garage, sheds, pool/spa, water features, hurricane integrity. Everything is reported as ‘safety issue’, ‘corrections recommended’, ‘further evaluation’, ‘improve’, ‘monitor’, ‘deferred cost’. The inspection report gives complete details of items, identity, location, explanation and recommendation. Multi unit inspections identify the properties individually. Pre-listing inspection Identifies areas of concern prior to marketing a home for sale. Same service as a home inspection. This allows an advantage for the seller to find and/or fix repairs prior to listing the home with a realtor on the MLS. Eleven month warranty inspection Gives the client an updated assessment of their components in the home that may be covered under a home warranty that will expire twelve months after their purchase of the home. This allows them to get the needed repairs done prior to the expiration of their warranty. New construction inspection
Also known as a final walk through, assists a new home buyer with assessing the condition of the building. New homes are often faulty in safety issues, building codes and craftsmanship due to time conferment’s from the builder. This allows the client to get the needed repairs done prior to taking occupancy of the new home. Home Watch Service This service is ideal for someone away from their home. We offer weekly, bi-monthly, monthly and quarterly watch services. We provide a detailed report with photo’s after every visit to the home. Home watch service provides comfort for the away homeowner by checking on the home and premises providing many services as follows: - Inspect the exterior of the home for any area’s of concern, moisture intrusions,
insects ETC - Inspect premises around the property, landscaping ETC
- Turn water on and off as needed
- Turn breakers on and off as needed
- Inspect and/or operate pool and spa equipment
- Inspect the interior of the home for area’s of concern, moisture intrusion,
insects, operate showers, tubs, faucets, toilets, appliances ETC - Inspect window and door locks, seals and integrity
- Trash cans in and out on specified dates as needed
